The hard part

It's hard to keep going alone.

You start strong. You mean it this time. Then life happens. You miss a day. You miss two. It starts to feel like you failed, so you stop.

Toni is built for that moment. Not to judge. Not to make you start over. Just to help you take the next step and keep going.

How it works

Help that fits your life, not the other way around.

1

Send life as it happens

Snap a meal photo. Text that you worked out. Or just say how the day went. No forms. No calorie math.

2

Toni tracks and helps

Toni keeps a simple picture of your week. When you slip, Toni helps you recover instead of starting over.

3

Add your coach if you want

Working with a trainer or coach? They can see your week and guide what Toni helps you with.

Why Toni

Built for real life, not perfect weeks.

There when you need it

Not just at the gym or at dinner. Toni helps in the small moments when you are deciding what to do next.

Easy tracking by text

Send a photo or a quick message. That is it. No scanning barcodes. No filling out forms.

Learns what works for you

Over time, Toni starts to understand what fits your life and what tends to trip you up.

Helps you recover

Missed a day? Or three? Toni does not shame you. Toni helps you pick it back up today.

Solo or with a coach

Use Toni on your own. Or connect a real coach who can supervise and guide your plan.

Got a coach? Even better.

A real coach, if you want one.

Toni runs solo. With a coach, it runs smarter.

Toni handles the day to day on its own. But if you have a trainer or coach, they can step in behind the scenes. They see your week, spot your patterns, and guide what Toni helps you with.

You get support between sessions. Your coach gets the full picture.

No coach right now? That is fine. Toni holds it down solo.

  • Daily food, workout, and habit check-ins
  • Missed-day recovery without the guilt
  • Weekly summaries your coach can review
  • Coach feedback folded right back into your support

You, better. Not perfect. Not from scratch. Just a little better than yesterday, with someone in your corner.

Questions?

Is Toni a calorie tracker?

Not really. You can send a meal photo or a quick text instead of logging numbers. Toni keeps a simple picture of your week and helps you stay on track. If you like tracking details, that works too.

Do I need a coach to use Toni?

No. Toni works on its own. If you already have a trainer or coach, they can supervise your Toni and guide your plan. But it is not required.

Do I need to download a new app?

No. Toni works inside iMessage or WhatsApp. The habit is texting, not opening another app.

Is the beta free?

We are inviting early users in waves and testing the first beta offers now. Join the waitlist and we will text you when there is a spot.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your information is used for your Toni experience, not sold. Toni also does not do medical diagnosis, clinical advice, or treatment recommendations.

What if I miss a day or two?

That is normal. Toni does not shame you or reset you to zero. Toni helps you pick it back up and take the next small step.

Can Toni help with medical issues or injuries?

No. Toni is for everyday health support like food, workouts, and habits. For medical advice, talk to a doctor or your care team.
