What we collect

• What you enter during setup: name, email, phone, goals, stats like height and weight, and preferences.
• Your conversation with Toni on the channel you picked (iMessage or Telegram).
• Photos you choose to send, such as meals, so Toni can give feedback on them.

How we use it

• To personalize your plan, check-ins, and Toni's replies.
• To send the proactive check-ins you agreed to. Reply pause, stop, or help anytime to change that.
• To improve the beta. We look at aggregate patterns, not to profile you.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data.
• We don't message people who haven't agreed to the beta terms.
• We don't use your photos for anything beyond giving you feedback and running the service.

Consent, in plain words

Checking the box during onboarding means you agree that Toni may text you proactive check-ins and may look at photos you choose to send in order to respond to them. Toni is an AI accountability partner, not a medical service. You can withdraw consent anytime by replying stop or emailing us.

Sharing and retention

Messages travel through the channel you picked (Apple iMessage or Telegram) and the infrastructure providers that run Toni. We keep your data while you're in the beta; email [email protected] to see, correct, or delete it.
